Insonnia

Insonnia, for mezzo soprano, accordion, percussion and bass clarinet is based on a poem by Salvatore Quasimodo. It was composed December 1986 for the ensemble DC+M2 ( Duo Contemporain with Miny Dekkers and Marjanne Kweksilber) with financial support from the Dutch FPA.
Percussion set up: vibes, marimba, crash cymbal, timpano or floor tom, electronic drum or timbale.
